So here's the idea of a few different ideas of games to play:
- To teach number recognition with R we kept one game simple in trying to identify the number. Another fun alternate is to have a few smaller charts available with the numbers scrambled to play bingo with while the gun determines the numbers called out.
- To work on addition we shot a few different numbers and kept score. The one with the highest score won. The kids were to add up the total to see who wins. We've just begun to do addition involving carrying a number to the tens column with M so this was great practice.
- To teach greater than and less than we took shots to see who shot the larger number and then wrote it out.
So hope you enjoy playing these games with your kids. Happy shooting!
